Hello, The package was sent to me yesterday, but no one came. I don’t hear anything anymore.

Great experience, very nice to work with! Made ids logistik remove something twice and they didn’t give me a hard time at all. Hard to find good movers, would definitely highly recommend them.
We wanna say huge thank you guys for your service. It was great experience of moving in craziest time of season in Boston September 1st. First of all IDS LOGISTIK squeezed us in for some miracle like week before September 1st, also offered reasonable and lower price compared to other companies we called to estimate at the same time, then had been patient and flexible for us, because we changed our date, address and time several times (our circumstances). Team came on time, were always in touch and showed us their professionalism at all points. Carried furniture and loaded truck carefully, and I was witness of amazing packing skills.
They made unwanted and annoying experience pleasant. Highly recommend ids logistik.
P.s. we still admire how they fit all our stuff to the storage unit obviously not big enough for it. Great job!
Don’t even think about it, they will charge for everything. IDS LOGISTIK gave me the worst trailer possible, every week I have something to fix, they will charge u 15% commission, but they will take money from the load before they offer U. There is no rate confirmation so they can change what they told u later. The safety department is a joke, Jasmine is very rude. After I quit ids logistik charged $300 dollars for a trailer bulb, they are thieves.
The old dude manager at IDS LOGISTIK is an ass. If you don’t tape it, it costs $1 to tape. I ended up buying the tape for $3. The employee was helping me sealing the box and manager came out said he needed to tape it himself. Avoid this location. Save yourself a smile.
IDS Logistik will not answer phone. We have a new route person who skips delivery more than he makes it. Piss Poor is the phrase I use to describe this office.
