   My-Link came in absolutely clutch for me. As an account manager I made the almighty mistake of putting the wrong delivery date for a Costco shipment. Long story short driver did not want to hold the freight for the 2 days with out us paying a ridiculous layover fee. I was in a bind and called My-Link, spoke with Naveen and had cross docking issue resolved in literal minutes. In an industry ran by tough guys and a lot of scum, Naveen is a bright spot. Rosita who runs accounting has also been extremely helpful. I will be referring My-Link to everyone that I can.

   Friendly service from the clerks, great convenience of the 24-hour lobby and Priority Mail machine and package drop off area. Mailing boxes, etc. generally well-stocked.

   Kiko and his crew are top notch. From fist call to last detail, there is nothing but excellence to discuss. We called on them for a move from Brooklyn to New England, and Kiko did a visual quote at our house, not once, but twice in the process of packing as it evolved. He gave great advice, was kind, fair and attentive.
   Then on moving day, the team arrived exactly on time and was lead by Hassan. There was even an added complication of donating a large office desk and upright piano, which was really no complication to them at all. They added a smaller satellite truck to do that job in parallel. Respectful. Competent. Courteous. Professional. Not one dish arrived with a crack.
   One last praise I’ll give is because I asked them to leave a lot of my furniture wrapped in blankets because our landing became complicated with timing. I kept two dozen of his blankets for a month before returning them for full credit when I did. It’s long been said that moving can be one of the most stressful events in your life, and I can attest to that. Price is a large consideration in your choice of mover of course, but dealing with a vendor who can relieve that stress is worth a fortune. There’s nobody better, or more reasonable in pricing. I’d use these guys a thousand times over. Enough said, just make the call. Don’t even consider anyone else.

   I come here with a package with a pre-paid label ready to be ship. The package is 50lb so the guy name Gibson tell me to go to different post office since he doesn’t have the equipment to carry my package. Why are y guy selling the shipping label and don’t want to take the package. He said it is not his business to taking care of the customer and it is not his job. He should get fired for neglecting the customer and being lazy.
