    This is the third time I have used Levi and as always, they are prompt, reasonably priced and efficient. They take care of the delicate items and ensure items are well secured for transport. Efficient while not compromising on their high standards. Good communication. Highly recommend.

    Had a text saying delivery between 4:30 & 5:30 waited no delivery, then said no one was in, then changed later to say can’t find address yet every delivery b4 this was fine. Tried to contact them only automated person… No happy shouldn’t use this delivery company….

    very reasonable price.. The guys were very professional, on time, work hard and always communicating to make sure we are all understand each other. I will definitely refer AB to anyone I know who will be moving and use the company again if someday I will move .

    this is one of the poorest courier service providers, in the normal days, the parcel can be stored at the local warehouse for more than one week. Even self collection is troublesome also, not enough staff to attend at the counters. During MCO, the goods can be delayed up to one month.

    Honestly I’m appalled by the attitude of the workers here. It’s fine enough to inform someone about how a certain procedure works, but it’s extremely unprofessional to scoff and roll your eyes while doing so.
    I’m not expecting amazing service, but I do expect not to be belittled when I approach the counter for assistance.
