    They never deliver for real, whenever I have a delivery through Purolator I curse the day I decided to order or accept something.. I always get attempted delivery while I was at home all day waiting.Not once not twice, ALWAYS. Scammers!

    Their hours of operation are worse than the other shipping providers and have less pickup points. Avoid them unless you want to take time off work just to pick up your package.

    Worst courier service of my life ever. The staff has not a bit of sense to talk to the customers. They talk as if they’re doing a favor on us. The parcel I courier was broken and they said hum guarantee nai lete uska if they can’t even provide guarantee they should clear that first and they should not do business as well. NOT RECOMMENDED EVER.

    Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, and efficiency. The tracking information is not updated properly and is incorrect on the delivery date. My delivery date has been pushed every single day for the last week and when I called there is no information as to where my package is. Customer service is okay, the only information they can give is “yes there is a delay” but why does it say it is going to be delivered day of when there is a delay? Also the rep cannot answer where the item is.. like location, distribution ect. My most recent experience the agent was extremely rude and impatient when I called to update the postal code. I was polite and understood there is stressed for themselves with all the calls for inquiries but in no way was that type of annoyance warranted for. Your company needs to work on your site for proper and accurate information for transit information, delays and accurate delivery dates. All this would help with customers expectancies. I already submitted inquiry of my item, no response.
