Nick and his team were incredibly professional and did a great job. They moved us quickly and efficiently and were well prepared to help disassemble and reassemble all of our stuff. They were also the best price that we could find, well worth it!

If you want great customer service with your shipping I highly recommend the UPS store at North Peters. They have always gone the extra mile in helping me with my shipping needs.

I am so fed up with FedEx. My package was shipped on a Friday. On Sunday, it arrived in Ashland, about 11 miles away from my apartment in Richmond. They said they would deliver it Monday, but didn’t attempt delivery. Then they said Tuesday, but according to the tracking, didn’t even put it on a truck. Then they said Wednesday. Around 2:40 pm on Wednesday, I noticed that the tracking said it would be delivered Thursday, so I started a chat with FedEx. The representative insisted that there was no issue and it should be delivered Wednesday. Later that day, the tracking finally updated and it said they had a delivery exception due to a weather delay (on a perfectly clear day). The time stamp on that was 2:00, 40 minutes before I talked to their representative. Around lunchtime on Thursday, the tracking said it would be delivered Monday. So I started another chat. This representative told me they had been putting it on a van that didn’t cover my delivery area, and they had just noticed and transferred it to the proper van. Fine, okay, not sure how you make that mistake 4 days in a row, but I’ll wait until Monday. He assured me it would be delivered on Monday. So I went to work and ran errands on Friday. When I came back to my apartment, there was a delivery tag on the door saying they had delivered it to the mail area. This package REQUIRES A SIGNATURE. So I checked the mail area and the leasing office: no package. I tried tracking the door tag number – it’s invalid. I started another chat. This representative said their driver must have placed the tag by mistake and the package was still on the truck, I should expect it later on Friday. This explanation makes no sense to me, but I don’t know how to get these people to admit they’ve messed up. So I accept it. Yesterday (Saturday) they said they put my package on another truck, even though they’ll only deliver M-F. At this point, I’m pretty certain they’ve either lost my package or delivered it incorrectly and it was stolen. I’m also certain they will never admit to wrongdoing. Don’t know why Google uses this service to deliver their products, but they should really stop.

Great experience with Montae and Daniel from Hornet Moving. They were on time, polite and communicative throughout the moving process. Would definitely work with again!
