Every time I go to this Iceland Post office, the older lady there is always so rude. The queue is long and she doesn’t even try to give good customer service. On my latest visit, she failed to tell me why the prices have increased on a package I usually send, even when I asked multiple times. And she proceeded to be rude to me. She has treated my family rudely there, hitting my sister with the door once; to plainly put it, she is racist. I’ve always observed the way she treats the white customers compared to how she treats me and other black customers, and I can see a huge difference. When I said she was rude to me and my family, she retaliated to say my family is rude, and laughed at me when I asked for her name. I will not be returning to this Iceland Post office again because of her atrocious manners. While the other people who work there are not as rude as her, they didn’t prove helpful in the situation.

The worst delivery service ever! Iceland Post really doesn’t care. Driver turned up, parcel not on van – supposedly!? Next day delivery does not exist. Not the first time they have screwed up. Any company thinking of using these cowboys should avoid ICELAND POST!!!!
