    Not a good company. Seems they are in Fort McMurray and I’m in Calgary. Package through Amazon was not delivered and Amazon customer service was not able to track. They had to resend the order.

    Horrible company. They put a crack on my windshield and I got that in writing from the driver as well. But it’s been 3 weeks since I filed the claim and no response. When I call, they are just blaming the shipping company. I did business with Montway and they promised me peace of mind. I couldn’t care less what the delay is, but they promised me peace of mind and all I got is a cracked windshield and sloppy service.
    When I told them it’s dangerous driving with a windshield that’s cracked, they told me I can repair it m at my own cost if I wanted!! I’m not kidding.. that is response they gave after 3 weeks. They’ll tell you they will call back, but they never do.
    Don’t trust this company. They’re very quick in taking your money. But when it comes to delivering on their promise, they just won’t respond. I’m still waiting after 3 weeks to even get a response and I’m not sure if I ever will.

    The worst service of ekart. Not showing delivery boy contact number no response from ekart just showing out delivery in tracking. No call center bad service ekart.

    What a sleazy company! Charged an additional fee when my parcel arrived at the door. They then hold your parcel hostage until you pay! Then when I get my item, its defective. Do you think they refund the fee or waive it on your replacement item? Hell no! Terrible customer service. Do NOT use this company!

    Post Net offers a similar service and costing. I will be using them in future. Dropped a parcel on Tues and now Fruday and no delivery. The ‘free’ online tracking app is pathetic as does not update to real time. No one answers phones becos of all the complaints. I am surprised that Pick n Pay and Caltex want to be associated with such poor service
