    U-pack delivery was good. However, their partner company Moving Staffers arranging loading/unloading companies was really bad. The loading company was good. However, the unloading company, Elite Movers, was worst moving company ever. This company unload very slowly and rejected to unload my piano. However, Moving Staffers did nothing to solve this problem. Thus I arranged another company to unload my piano and paid $350. So don’t use the loading/unloading services through U-Pack.

    Just finished up moving with Jeff and Hakeem. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Great company to use for moving. Jeff and Hakeem handled everything professionally and with care.

    worest team. I shipped my stuff from US in April, 2019. Till now, I did not receive it. They stopped responding to my emails. I am afraid that they looted my stuff. will proceed legally soon.

    Absolutely terrible experience. Joel was incredibly rude. I needed to use the fax machine. I noticed that there was a separate charge on my account where some one else had use the machine. I called ahead of time before coming back to the store and was told not to worry that amount would be refunded to me. When I arrived to the store I met with Joel who was incredibly rude said it wasn’t the stores fault it was mine. Even though I’ve never used a fax machine at a fed ex location before or understood how it works. Put up signs. Don’t allow customers to get charged double charges that were not their own. That is incredibly irresponsible as a business. I will he reporting to the bbb and will no longer go to fed ex when sending a fax.
