   Between my family members and me, we all have had several moves in the last eight or so years and have called Unique every time. We know they are efficient, professional, and always so friendly!    I receive unnecessarily rudeness every time I visit here. Both ladies in the front desk are curt, disrespectful, and don’t like providing any explanations. Walked in to return a small package, she didn’t greet me after I said hello, took one look at the label and said “post office”.
   Sorry you obviously hate your job, but don’t take it out on customers.

   Brutal customer service. Rude, beyond brusque, disrespectful. Never known anything like it! Each time I come I hope they will have fixed it. But no. Avoid if you can.

   You really should update your hours. Especially during the pandemic, people don’t need to be going places senselessly and crowded into a small entranceway waiting to use kiosks. At least the staff were friendly and apologetic. But it’s not their doing.

   Damage Done and the Run Around….. from the company
   The Student Movers Milton were moving my neighbor and their truck knocked our Mailboxes over on Saturday Aug 5………. I have spoken to Lucinda and Ronnie at the company and continue to get the Run Around …..
