    Worst postal service ever experienced from iCargo. 6:30 pm and no mail pick up or delivery on a Monday! Fourth time in past two years where we simply do not receive mail service.

    Words cannot begin to describe how great these iCargo folks are. They came to our rescue two weeks before our move when a broker left us holding the bag. They moved us over 200 miles and unpacked us in one day. When they couldn’t get the trailer down to the storage they loaded the truck and drove it to the trailer. They wrapped our belongings and cared for our stuff just like it was their stuff. They carried everything up 3 flights of stairs and never once said they couldn’t do something. They didn’t leave until we were satisfied with everything. I can’t say enough about how great they are. I can’t recommend them enough. They did a fantastic job for a great price.

    These iCargo drivers are great! Logan, our driver, always goes the extra mile to take care of our needs. Running a small business, it is easy for us to get busy and forget that we have deliveries. Logan figures out how and where to off load the equipment, wrestles it to a safe location, and goes on his merry way without a consideration of receiving a thank you for his service. Well, iCargo and Logan, Thank you! Keep up the great work and continue to set the bar with your staff on what good customer service looks like. Way to go!

    Ridiculous that I can’t get a package left at Ames center from iCargo… I have to drive 90 miles round trip to fetch a package that is currently on a truck in my own town, a town WITH an iCargo center! They only deliver during the day when people are working apparently. UPS next time!
