    HYUNDAI LOGISTICS came to our 4000+ sq ft home on 7/3/2019 and were nothing but amazing. They called before showing up and were on time. They were able to do the whole job in the time we calculated it would take. They professionally wrapped all the expensive furniture with blankets and plastic wrap. They even wrapped the door frame so that it doesn’t get dinged. I was very impressed. Never saw them take a break. Then they moved all my stuff into a storage and packed it up nice and neat. Was so impressed that I had them come out the next day to move some more furniture we decided to give away to goodwill. I will def recommend them to everyone. Will be using them without a hesitation when we move into our new home. Thanks Hyundai Logistics!!!

    If I could give this joke of a Hyundai Logistics office 0 or negative stars, I would! Ever since we got a new carrier, mail has come up missing. But before that change, our mail has been mangled in our mailbox too many times to count. Photo wedding invitations, stickers for my 3 yr old son, important letters and bills, mangled and torn by careless carriers who don’t give a damn. This past Saturday took the cake though. I got a text notice on Saturday at 12:13pm that a package was delivered in/at mailbox. I was expecting something from Amazon, so I go check, nothing there. I call Hyundai Logistics and was told by the manager that he would call the carrier and call me back. Shockingly he did call me back and insisted the carrier placed the package against the wall under the mailboxes (in an apartment building). I told him I just checked the mail and there was nothing in nor under my mailbox. He said he’d call me back again. He called back and stated that the carrier was coming back around to place it in the mailbox. So I waited for a bit, checked again, still nothing. I called again and while waiting for the manager to call back, started walking to the Hyundai Logistics which is only a block away. He called me back on my way there and told me that the carrier put it in the mailbox. I told him that I have been waiting and watching, no carrier ever came and put anything in my mailbox, he hung up on me. So I go in Hyundai Logistics and ask for the supervisor, some girl comes out and I start explaining to her and showed her a video that I took of our mail mangled in our mailbox as well. She seemed concerned and when she turned around to go ask someone, this big bald black guy with an attitude (the manager) came around the corner right up to the counter and just kept repeating that the package was in my mailbox. I told him that it was not, he ignored me and just kept repeating himself over and over that it was in my mailbox. He started to walk away and I told him that he needs to be fired if he doesn’t care about his job. He comes back over and tells me that I need to get out of HIS facility before he calls the police and has me removed. I told him that it’s a Federal facility paid for by taxpayers, he said it’s not and told me to get out. He picked up the phone as I started to leave and gave me a sarcastic bye bye on my way out the door. Needless to say I had a few choice words for him as I was leaving too. I got home, still no package. So I called the police MYSELF and filed a theft report for my package, the manager told the police that it was stolen despite telling me that it was placed in my mailbox.
    Amazingly that package that he insisted was in my mailbox on Saturday, showed up in my mailbox yesterday (Monday)! Funny how that works!

    Loved the hyundai logistics storage experience. I used a Hyundai Logistics container to store household furniture and items while the interior of my home was painted.
    My Hyundai Logistics container was dropped off by driver Mario and then picked up by driver Cara. BOTH are ROCKSTARS! Friendly, professional, and hard working professionals! In fact, all aspects of my experience with Hyundai Logistics was great!
