   I’ve been in this store on a number of occasions and have been treated VERY well each time. The owner is a caring individual and my needs have been met with a warm welcome prefacing the transaction. I wish more businesses could provide this type of experience!

   Rachel is amazing! Just moved to the area and the delivery person didn’t want to leave my package without being able to confirm that I was a new resident, and Rachel took my call and called me back to let me know that my packages were indeed held there and then called again when I could pick them up from her at the post office! Awesome customer service. Thanks Rachel!

   Response emails on October 7th and 9th 2020, sent from them to me, wound up in the junk mail section of my email account, so though I initially contacted them to get a quote on Sept 25, 2020 and followed up on that request on October 6th and 8th 2020, I didn’t get my answer until, for what ever the reason, I decided to check the Junk Mail section of my email account, today October 10, 2020, to see, if by any change, that the email answer or emailed response I’d been waiting for was there. And, it was. Unfortunately, their customer service person informed me that they don’t have an agent in my area; I live in Hawaii. So, I must keep looking for a Freight Forwarder for my personal belonging which seems harder to do, because most of what I tend to see are companies that Freight Forwarder mostly commercial goods. Finding a company to do the shipping of/the Freight Forwarding of my LCL for personal items is showing itself to be difficult and a bit frustrating.
   Note: Their website mentioned Hawaii as one of the areas they service. They also mentioned that their services were from and to the U.S. They mentioned that they will ship Household Goods & Personal Effects. They also say that their services include [LCL] Less than Container Load.
   It seemed like I’d found someone who could ship my personal belonging from Hawaii back to the Mainland U.S.A.
   It’s difficult to see how I miss understood what their website said. Plus, the time lost seeking theirs services is another inconvenience….
