   AM and Colleague Mr Singh. Highly unprofessional rude representative and Curse customer when they can’t figure out simple question asked. They have very minimum product knowledge and use extreme racist profanity.

   Second package that reads delivered when we have been home both times and the mail Carrier never even came to the house. Extremely poor customer service in trying to resolve issues on my route. I am beginning to think the carrier is just scanning items in to act like they were delivered to avoid carrying packages….or is keeping them.

   All-Ways Moving is one of the best companies in the Berkshires. They recently moved our furniture and they were very efficient, courteous & went above and beyond. This is the 2nd time we used them to move, and we couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommend them!

   Workers here are not the problem. Someone higher in the chain of command needs to get this figured out. Workers are overworked and they cannot cycle people in and out fast enough to keep the parking lot open. Workers here are friendly and helpful. But their just isn’t the facilities or enough workers to keep up with ever expanding Eagle River.

   It’s always a pleasure working with CL services, they handle misunderstandings quickly and make sure their clients are up to date on pickups and drop offs. Matthew Jett was a great dispatcher and offered some of the best rates I’ve had. Great company.

   I am always worried about using movers because in the past, I’ve had some bad experiences. That was not the case with great movers. The company was very responsive and flexible with my moving needs. They communicated with me early and often up to the move and the day of the move. The three movers showed up a little early and called when they were 15 minutes away. They were nice and listened to my moving needs. They worked hard to protect all of my furniture and were very fast. They even helped me brainstorm room layout for the furniture in my new place before setting the furniture up. I couldn’t have been happier with this company and the three movers that helped us. The price was also incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I can.
