Very slow service.
While I was there, they had only 2 active counters who were very slow in attending to the over 25 customers present. Had to wait for almost 2 hours before I got attended to.
I expected that there would be a Token Management System in use for such an establishment but token numbers were written in forms and called out by the attendants.
No tables or platforms were provided for customers to fill forms that were mandatory for each person to fill.
DHL can do better.
Was having a problem printing a pdf file. These people went out of there way to service me and made sure the problem was fixed before I left. Not understanding some of the negative reviews. Are you sure that you are writing a review on the right business?
This is the worst courier service in India.
They are employing worst kind of impolite, uneducated, gunda type misbehaving people.
They take 12 days to deliver a cargo to Bhiwandi from Ahmedabad.
They send to wrong branch and then your cargo keeps lying and they make no efforts to despatch to the correct address.
No one should use this cargo service if you want timely delivery of the goods.

SWK312 is the worst courier services & this is not the 1st time..& its many times !! My parcels reach kuching on 21th Feb and up until today 5th March it still not deliver yet!!! If u r not capable in doing this delivery service ! PLSssssssssssss stop servicing!
