    Bunch of incompetent, lazy, rude and dishonest people! If you have a problem don’t expect it to get fixed (you’d be lucky if they even acknowledged the problem – even if you get district consumer affairs involved (they are just as bad)).

    We’re supposed to be a free loaded trailer pulled in 2 shipping first thing I seen one of our trailers with the amber light on not a good sign

    I do not normally write bad reviews. But train your employees better. The woman was not knowledgeable on anything about FedEx or willing to help me when I asked specific questions to get more detailed help. I called today 12/2 at 1013a EST. She sounded fed up with her job and hung up while she was still talking and being unwilling to put in any work. You work in an industry that has you dealing with people everyday. You need more training.

    Absolutely worst place to receive mail from, they lost my package and blamed me for not getting insurance even though THEY lost my package. The “manager” Wayne hung up on me and didn’t even apologize for losing the package nor care or tell me what to do next. He couldn’t even do a follow up call with me and tell me he lost my package I had to be the one calling him everyday to ask where it was… wouldn’t even help me get ahold of the big supervisor. Worst service I’ve ever received I’m shocked they treat people like this after losing a $250 package right before the holidays… I’ve never had a issue with this post office until now. Very disappointed.

    Mr. Epstein did a wonderful job shipping my car from Dallas to Auburn. He was honest and attentive. He gave me his cell phone number and provided the service without a upfront charge. Great service
