    For more than 10years using homechoice but what they are doing now is painfull I order the sofa on the 4th of november it is almost 14 days without counting weekend I try to call customer care they said it is with the courier then I said which one they said fast and furious,I try to call fast and furious they said they don’t have parcel starting with ffs when I go back to them they change they said it is with private courier now I don’t know what to do help please they always lie to me

    1 Star is too high!! Please look for another UPS Store in the area this one is a complete joke. I call and asked if I could have 3 packages shipped to the store for a work event in the area Jason the manager said no problem. All I would have to do is pay a small per package for a handling fee. I agreed and shipped 3 packages to the store. They then refused and returned one package back to the store in Ohio that I shipped from and then the next day when the other two packages arrived they refused them and sent them back to the nearest processing center to be held. The best part is they never called and let me know that they did any of this, I only found out from the when the one package was sent back to me in Ohio. When asked why they refused the packages after they said they would accept them they said they had a policy change within 12 hours of agreeing to accept the packages…I then asked why they did not call me to tell me about the packages and they said they did not need to. WHAT A JOKE!!!!Please use any other UPS Store.

    This was the best moving experience I have ever had they were early and were gentle with everything nothing broke and they were fast and very friendly and helpful Felipe and Salvadore were awesome as my apartment was not ready and we’re very understanding and held onto everything! Then the next day they were again fast and helpful and efficient I will use them again as Hayden and Alex went above and beyond when they came back again! Thanks for making a hard and frustrating move go smooth. I give Move4Less a 5 star as they are the best in Las Vegas ♥

    Never answer the phones and lost a package of mine containing $200 worth of items I shipped then claimed they never got it even though I watched the carrier take it out of the mailbox.

    These guys did a great job unloading my truck. I was a few hours late to Bloomington because the movers who loaded my truck in Lafayette were beyond terrible, but Eric and his team of movers were not only highly accommodative to my showing up late, but they were fast, efficient, and most importantly, careful with my items. I highly recommend Soft Touch to anyone looking to move.
