Hobbyking is using DHL, UPS, Hong Kong Post, GLS, Swiss Post, FedEX to delivery orders to Netherlands, Europe, Australia, Uk, Italia, Singapore, Deutschland.
Used them to find me a reputable, insured driver to transport my new Audi A7. They send me someone who delivers my vehicle 4 days late and with damage. Right front wheel has to be replaced, rear bumper needs to be repainted because the driver bumped it with another vehicle. They give me his insurance info for a claim. I do all the work to get this fixed. Only to find out the drivers insurance has a scratch and rubbing clause. Insurance has not denied my claim, it is still being reviewed. A1A states there was rust on the vehicle. It’s a brand new $76,000 car. There was no rust. Not sure how a plastic bumper and a aluminum wheel would rust. So A1A Express Auto Shipping allows transporters to move vehicles without sufficient insurance. I’m going after A1A Express Auto for this as well. Their response below shows what kind of trash you deal with at their company.
Terrible. BEWARE. I booked 2 jobs, 1 $700 coffee table to be delivered to me in Brisbane from Melbourne. It turned up completely broken in pieces and I paid extra for the insurance however I was just emailed saying their insurance doesn’t cover furniture!!!!! they took my money and agreed to cover me when it clearly stated the item was a coffee table! Had they rejected the insurance cover on the basis it was furniture!! I would have gone elsewhere. Of course I want insurance!!! The second delivery I am still waiting on…. It was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. It has been sitting in a depot 20 minutes from here apparently but no one can tell me what is happening with it??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER I will be taking this further
My review is far from fake. I’ve seen the way you treat your customers, looked your company up on several different reviewing platforms and have seen first hand how disgustingly unprofessional you can be when you’re dissatisfied with a customer. I urge any and everyone looking to use this company to search reviews on yelp and other reviewing sites since it seems you have a way of hiding unsatisfactory reviews on google.
