Had a great experience with Tiger Moving and would highly recommend! Wes, Nathan, and Monty were fast, efficient, and professional. They were also very careful with all of our furniture and items, and everything is in perfect condition and settled into our new home. Thanks, guys!

Airline lost my poster so I had to get something printed quickly. They allowed me to email them the PDF since I didn’t have a thumb drive and quickly quoted me a price and a pickup time. Emailed me as soon as the poster was printed (in only about an hour, much faster than the quoted pickup time). Poster looks good (I went with the more expensive option, was about 100 dollars after tax for a 4×3 poster), and it was about 20 dollars cheaper than the price quoted to me by the UPS store inside the convention center.

If I could give this post office negative stars I would. I live in a neighboring city and my package was sent to this post office. They held on to my package all day and hadn’t bothered to try to send it back to my post office. So I called. I had to call multiple times before they bothered to pick up the phone. When someone finally did answer it was without the least bit of professionalism and acted like it was a problem to answer the phone. Without even asking for my tracking number he said my package wasn’t there. I said that it was according to the tracking. He kept putting me on hold instead of trying to help me. He finally asked for my tracking number and then gave me to someone else. They wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor and said He has a more important customer to talk to at the window. Every customer is important and this kind of attitude is demeaning and unprofessional. Then he proceeded to lie to me that they had sent my package to the Merrifield Distribution Center earlier that day. When I asked if USPS was going to reimburse my shipping fees since I paid to have it delivered in a certain time frame he said no. If an ordinary person advertised for services, took money for those services, and then not deliver the service promised it would be considered fraud. So why is USPS allowed to commit fraud? It has been over 24 hours and the tracking still says my package is sitting at their post office. If they had sent it to Merrifield when they said then it would have been scanned in by now. Merrifield is fairly prompt about scanning items. I guess this package is going to disappear into the postal black hole never to be seen again like 3 other packages and my rent check in December. All my packages were insured and USPS did not reimburse me for their loss. I do feel sorry for people who live within this post office’s delivery area since this office is so rude and unprofessional. The two workers I spoke to deserve to be fired.
