    Hello ordered two items from HMV, one item has arrived (Vynal record case) but other is still outstanding (cleaner set) and had an email saying it had been dispatched on 23.11.20. Not taken delivery yet and just wonderd if you could check its status. I dont know the tracking number to use online tracker.

    Everyplate has contracted with HMV for delivering food boxes. They were supposed to show up by 8pm and that never happened. They are very unreliable and never called or emailed to say that our dinner would be arriving late. We will see if it actually shows up.

    HMV was a good company at whole, dispatch was spiteful and very demanding and rude. Driver Manager and Training Manager was great. All office personal was great also. Recommend this company to anyone starting out.

    The short fat lady at HMV is extremely rude and disrespectful. I haven’t been here the last passed week is not how you start a conversation with a customer trying to follow up on an order. It’s to say we probably made a mistake but this one is not my fault. It shows such a negative attitude and a blatant disregard for your own job.

    I have been waiting for a delivery from HMV for over a week. All I did was change my zip code and they are turning it into an event. The package didn’t come on the date they promised and they told me it would be delivered the following day. Well it never came and so once again I called. Now they are telling me that they need to send it to the correct terminal because of the address change. So it won’t be delivered until next week. The HMV facility is literally 3 miles away and it is taking them over 3 days to change a zip code. I didn’t even change my address! Just a zip code as I accidentally punched in the wrong number at the end. Poor service. They should have delivered the package right away and I just don’t have the time to go and pick it up. What a bust.

    I’ve been on hold for 3 hours and 15 minutes with HMV. Like many of these reviews say, Answer the phone. Looking for a package that says it was delivered, but I cannot find it. HMV says that USPS delivered it. Can’t talk to you on the phone. There are reviews that express little help with lost packages. What to do??? Happy Holidays.
