    I moved earlier this month and couldn’t have been happier! We were moving from central Florida so this review is for the one out of Tampa. The whole process of initially making the reservation to moving was AMAZING! I did have to reschedule a couple of times, because let’s face it life happens, but it was hassle-free.
    The day of the move, the movers arrived in the window and were VERY efficient and carefully handled our stuff. They took the time when they got to our house to take inventory and make sure that they knew what they had to fit in the truck. Then once everything was packed up, they walked with us around the house to make sure they got everything.
    The next day (we moved about 9 hours away) they arrived again in the stated window and got right to work unloading our stuff. They unloaded the heavy furniture into the room that it was supposed to go into and then unloaded the rest. Nothing was broken and we couldn’t have been happier with the service!
    If I ever move again (let’s hope not in the near future!) or if someone is about to move, I would definitely recommend.

    Worst service ever… Tried calling to ask about picking up a package vs having it delivered, and the rep said that they’ll hold it but I was not allowed to pick it up. Essentially there were too many packages in the back for them to go find mine. BS… There’s got to be an easy system for them to locate packages to place on the mail truck. Tired of the awful support that USPS has

    I have 2 packages that are being sent through the Austell, Georgia facility. I do believe that they are a poorly run facility. and I’m not happy that the companies I’m purchasing from who are using OSM to ship things to me. This is Not the first incident. I received a refund from a company because of OSM mishandled the delivery.
