DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION for passport services. They make you wait well after your scheduled appointment to tell you there cameras are down. Those cameras have been down for over THREE years now. Those people working there are nothing but a bunch of subsidized scam artists. I think the USPS is one service the united states could do without and close down.
This company is way over priced. I called to get a quote to move about 15 min. away where I live now in Orlando and the customer rep, I spoke to Will was just rude and not listening to what I was saying. Somehow for less than 1 hour the quote was about $400. They crazy for that I can get help from strangers for free damn! The customer rep. was just getting everything wrong and just not listening to me, seemed like he was sleeping or high on weed, actually he probably was. So, don’t use this company or at least this location save yourself the money.
A total disaster. Routinely misroute packages. They say they leave signature tags when they often don’t. No responsibility for lost packages. Going into this post office to pick anything up is a joke. They work as slow as possible and will often intentionally ignore you because they don’t appreciate their customers. I’m to the point now that I’ve switched all of my bills to online and I have all parcels shipped UPS or Fedex to avoid this mess.
Their truck dispatch service is awesome. They negotiate with the brokers to get great rates, they call you to offer loads for the next day and they handle getting revised rate confirmation for detention pay and layovers.

Horace and his team are awesome. They are so nice and really care about their customers! They just have the manpower- you have to get the truck and supplies. They work hard and happily. Would use them again!
