Their incessant emails demanding for money is relentless.
I went to meet them, I met ANDREW BURROWS who charged me an extra £384, when I asked why, he replied I DONT KNOW !!!!
only to be followed by an email saying that he miscalculated it, and that I did not need to pay. immediatly followed by another email saying that … no, I should have paid it. WTF?????
I was storing elsewhere, but moved here as I am close to my office. HUGE MISTAKE.

Looking at your account again, I was wrong in respect to the September invoice. You did pay this on 11/10/2018.
You will see from the spreadsheet attached that payments have been made over the terms of the invoice, which doesn’t make the account easy to comprehend.
Again, please accept my apologies for offence I have caused. Should you wish to remain in the storage unit, then we would be pleased to retain your custom.

Your incessant incoherent emails are not only causing me stress and confusion, they are also wasting my time.
You may have all the time in the world to sit have coffee at your desk and fire emails at will, some of us have a life , a business and a family.
This is incompetent, unprofessional and a bullying tactic.
I will no longer deal with Andrew. I want out asap.
Henry delivered a couple of parcels that we’d ordered – he was not only friendly and helped to bring the large boxes inside but went above and beyond with helping me with an IT issue that I was telling him about. Excellent customer service going the extra mile.
Both young men were professional and friendly. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and without any problems. Both received excellent tips in cash and reminded me why I like using Bellhops.
