Its impossible to find a contact to Hermes Czech Republic and track who is delivering my parcel and why is it nor being delivered. Address is correct but nobody is contacting me or leaves a note in my mailbox. I hope this parcel will not be returned to Germany!

First I have to say that I have nothing but absolute praise for the local PODS crews. They were fantastic and beat all of my expectations. That’s the single best thing about this company. Now, on to the issue I had with PODS.
I had an issue with the weight tickets I need to get reimbursed for my move. PODS promised me a call back to rectify the problem, but never did. I called over a dozen times to determine a solution, but was told each time I would receive a call back which never came. It wasn’t until I spoke with an attorney that PODS finally did something after I threatened legal action against them. I should note that PODS hung up on both myself and my attorney while I was speaking with them. We were absolutely professional and did nothing to deserve this.
The situation was finally resolved at the cost of a great deal of stress on my part. Considering I spent nearly $20k on this move, I expect a much higher degree of customer service from PODS; however, that superior service should also come for even the smallest of moves. PODS treated me like a number, not a valued customer. Were it not for the local crews, I would rate PODS even lower than I did.
BOTTOM LINE: Until PODS vastly improves customer service and starts to show they actually care when an issue arises, I wouldn’t consider them for anything in the near future.
The clerks and mail handlers at Buckeye Station genuinely care about their customers and fellow neighbors, and they work hard to serve them promptly with courtesy and respect. This station has one of the sharpest Post Masters in the Western Region who is working daily to polish procedures that will continue to serve the large and widespread
customer base efficiently.
