Great move! This is our second move with this company, and I won’t use anyone else. Moved out of a 2000+ square foot condo with lots of furniture and boxes. No problem for this crew. These guys never stopped moving. Extremely polite crew with a great lead, Julio. I highly recommend them.
I do not enjoy moving, as matter of fact I detest moving but my latest move with NetMove changed my attitude about moving. I am in South Carolina making phone calls to coordinate a move from Roswell Ga. to Alabama at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and I was fortunate to get Melody from NetMove on the phone, and my problems went away. Melody scheduled the estimate for me, at my convenience, after I had the estimate and it was approved, she scheduled the packers and movers. Both packers and movers were on time very professional and did a great job. But I must tell you a little more about Melody. I experienced a couple of issues with closing on my house so I had to reschedule my move twice—did I mention we were in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. Was any of this a problem for Melody—NOPE—just another day at the office. Once again great job by NetMove, and just to be clear they (who ever they are) DO NOT PAY MELODY ENOUGH.
Went there at 11:00 Sunday morning to mail a package. Paid for mailing at machine – avoid clerks at all cost – but couldn’t put package in deposit slot because it was jammed. Went back three hours later, slot is still jammed because the package cart is full. There are obviously people working in back but I guess they are too ‘busy’ to check the package bin in three hours. This is why people use UPS and FedEx.
