Very unhappy with today’s experience at Dandenong office in Melbourne with Herbalife. Very disappointed! Never will deliver any goods from this service. It is best to send goods from Keels Sri Lanka to the doorstep of our loved ones other than sending it from these shipments, it is much more cheaper, reliable. The amount I paid to send these 5 boxes it is much more economical for my pocket as well.
What is the point of using this service, if we are unable to send box full with goods. Due to their current restriction of lifting weight we have to send boxes half full to match to their weight indicated. Maximum 30 kg. The man who was on duty today asked us to empty our boxes and place goods into 5 boxes instead of 3 boxes. I had packed my boxes very nicely and neatly with less harm for the goods I am sending. However, I have to empty them and couldn’t pack up the way before and it was quite messy pack up in the end and I ended up sending 5 boxes of 3/4 full and some 1/2 full boxes to match their weight 30kg. I have to spend $240 to buy 5 boxes. This is really unpleasant and useless of this service. I wanted to give them 0 rate. This has never happened to me before and this is really unpleasant to do.
The dedicated team at Herbalife is professional and provides cartons before moving. Cartons are required to be returned. This is a good recycling effort for sustainability. The team also handles your items with care. All items would be cling wrapped before moving. Recommended to use their mover services. Thumbs up for their services.
