Old school customer service. Love going there. I stopped going to the Post Office, with their long lines and sullen, glassy eyed employees, a long time ago. Owner, Peter, of the Towson UPS Store, knows how to run a classy, Baby Boomer era establishment.

This particular post office in Totowa has the best front counter people ever!! Happy that the others retired from prior years. The new people are friendly and they get you out quickly.

I took my package to be returned on the 15th of this month. Today is 1 week and 1 day later and it’s still sitting at the Greer Post office

Fantastic spot for all of your packing and shipping needs. I needed to return old AT&T equipment on AT&T’s dime. Using only the account number provided me by AT&T the very helpful ladies at the UPS Store quickly inventoried my gear, cut a label, issued my receipt of proof of shipping and I was on my way in minutes. Excellent customer service and always a friendly welcome. I highly recommend you use the UPS Store when you need something shipped. 5

The post master was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my elderly mother. She was extremely chauvinistic she said our new female mail carrier could NOT be expected to complete the same tasks (such as walk through a small patch of grass and/or walk on a sidewalk that might get a little muddy when it rains) as our previous male mail carrier of 12 years did daily simply because she is a woman She also said the new mail carrier complained that the yard smelled which made her feel unsafe what do you expect when you’re a rural mail carrier? we live on a farm there is going to be some smells it won’t always smell like roses
