Hello, my goods should be delivered today. Unfortunately, I didn’t know when. Can you tell me when the goods will be delivered? Or can you notify me by phone? Tracking number 00340317670325931477. The goods can also be left in the garage if nobody is at home.

I received a message from the supplier yesterday that my order will arrive the same day (Track #63938173). The customer service number only runs an endless loop over the Hellmann products. Can someone tell me if the delivery will arrive today.

The Hellmann Worldwide driver in my area fails to pick up packages. Simply doesn’t show up for scheduled pickups. On a separate occasion, he was bragging about how fast he is and if a call for a pickup comes in after he is out of the area, he simply ignores it. Very unprofessional. When he does show up, I’ve witnessed him kicking the packages over to expose the labels and see if they’re intended for pickup. Beyond dissatisfied with HELLMANN WORLDWIDE.

The guys from Hellmann Worldwide delivered as promised; they were very professional and handled their duty with care. They were on time and I was very satisfied with everything. Thank you!

I just gave 1 star because I can’t give less than that. What a useless customer care Hellmann Worldwide has. I have raised an issue 4 times now and they say they will get back to you in 24 hours. No one calls. Pathetic, useless, nasty service providers. I had to send 3 individual items back, one was updated as quality check failed, 2 as unavoidable issue at customer’s location. But no one from HELLMANN WORLDWIDE came to my house to pick up, nor did anyone call.

I used Hellmann Worldwide to deliver a parcel, but because I went through Parcel2go, it was virtually half the price for the same service if I had used Hellmann Worldwide directly.

I booked Hellmann Worldwide after having them recommended to me by a friend but am left severely disappointed in their conduct and performance. I had a job booked in the 12-3pm window and the removalist got to the address at 3:40pm, delaying the move which led to the job not being finished that day in conjunction with the Melbourne curfew in place.
Upon arrival, the removalists provided an electronic copy of a contract, not seen previously, asking if the TV was properly packed, and if there was any glass, and if so, was it properly packed. These were the only pieces of furniture and belongings that were questioned. Later I was told on the phone that the movers will bring protective blankets etc., that weren’t used, nor were masks during stage 4! The removalists could see that there were 2 mattresses, neither of which were in plastic coverings. Once arriving at the new property location, I was helping the removalists unload the truck to ensure they could get back to finish moving the rest of the things. They refused to go back halfway through unloading, stating that Hellmann Worldwide did not give them permission to keep working and placing the blame on the booking schedule.
When unpacking, I noticed that both mattresses were not protected in any way and are both dirty – one with dirt on it and the other with wood chips on it. The fabric bed frame was dirty from either hands or inside the truck, and a wicker laundry basket was squished and damaged.
Hellmann Worldwide made me rebook the same removalists for the following day (Wednesday 19 August) for 7am. I got a text approximately 8:30am that they were 30 minutes away. The removalists took some things and drove off, and I had to call them back as they forgot several plants and a BBQ. When they got to the new house, my housemate was there waiting for them and explained that there was dirt on the mattresses and bed frame and asked them to take further care with the rest of the belongings. This was met with hostility because I had signed a contract that things were packed properly; however, mattresses and fabric items were not in this contract, and to my knowledge, HELLMANN WORLDWIDE does supply protective covering for such items, which were obviously not used. Among my furniture is an antique cocktail cabinet, which I had specified needed to be treated with care. Unfortunately, the hydraulic lift attached to the truck (its primary purpose to help lift heavy and fragile items) was not used until requested by my housemate when unloading.
I had to pay extra because the job wasn’t completed, because the removalists were late. I was also advised on the phone to select the bigger truck based on how many belongings I had, only to then be informed that this was the only truck. The extra moving resulted in me having to pay an extra day’s rent, take an extra day off work to be there to guide the removalists, and also for my housemate to free her work day to unload the truck, as well as the cost of steam cleaning mattresses and the fabric bed head.
I am outraged at the service and conduct of Hellmann Worldwide, and the complete disregard and consideration of people’s belongings, as well as inconsistent information provided to me on several occasions, and it is certainly not professional standard by any means. Asking the customer to sign a contract mid-move is completely ridiculous, especially when there is an hourly rate. I tried to follow up with the customer service team at Hellmann Worldwide, spoke to Monica and Perry, and it is now a week later with no resolution. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of care within this company.
