   Ottawa Pro Movers moved my brother on a very hot day.. and they did an amazing job. We found them so professional and caring. The sofa was too big for the elevator so they carried it up 3 flights to the 3 rd fooor. And they took great care of all the furniture to be moved. We are so pleased with their service and will definitely recommend them. They also are very prompt and there were no surprises with the bill. Thank you

   drivers cut people off and threaten other moterists
   manager refuses to listen to what hapened even with 3 witnesses not een agoligy after this event was reported ..
   unsafe drivers and very rude staff.. If you like customer service skip these guys

   I don’t understand how I leave clear instructions on how to deliver my item & they still can’t get it right or even bother calling telling me they’re attempting to deliver my item? .. my building is SO simple , but were now going on day 3 of trying to deliver… I have other packages being delivered by other companys with the exact same instructions & have zero issues. TERRIBLE SERVICE. to add to it I’ve been on hold for 35 minutes to even speak to someone on the phone.

   Nice, efficient friendly staff. Beware the parking is not great as there is only a small customer car park, and the road outside has double yellow lines all along it.

   Decent enough. They do deliver the next day after it arrives on the local hub. Theres occassional hiccups but its manageable. Would trust this courier over Entrego.

   No timely delivery even after committing time,
   Very High Charges
   DO NOT Respond and Rude behaviour
