    They arrived at our house and proceeded to drop the pod in the driveway, after dropping it they picked it back up and told us they can not drop the pod behind our gate and that it would need to be set on the street, definitely not leaving all of our goods out on the street, this is something that should’ve been talked about before hand, would’ve saved us all a bunch of time.

    The clerk that assisted me (Addy) was incredibly rude while helping me. She kept making comments about having to ship an international item (I was shipping it to England) and seemed frustrated that she had to do the work for it. She rudely informed me that my item was initially received at another post office and that I decided to bring it all the way to this location to ship out and that she was the lucky one to get it. I told her I worked up the street from this location, which is why I came to this one. She just kept making comments like that the entire time. All in all it was 5 minutes of her making me feel like a burden for needing to mail something international. First and last time at this post office.

    !!!!!WARNING!!!!! IF YOU RUN A LOAD WITH THIS CARRIER AND YOU GO INTO DETENTION DO NOT EXPECT TO BE PAID BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT.

    Really bad experience!
    Not responsive for their service!
    Package delivered, but all goods damaged, they responded in more than one weeks with “sorry, since the package look good, the weather was hot, we can’t be accountable for the loss”.
    Don’t use their service, not because of overprice, but service.

    FedEx continues to leave stickers on apartment complex door, claiming they couldn’t enter; no other shipping company (UPS, USPS, Amazon, OnTrac, etc) has a problem delivering packages…except FedEx Then to make matters worse, I have to pick-up my packages two cities away, when they have a distribution facility 5 minutes from where I live!!!!!!
