    My family and I have been coming here for years and I am always nervous to see who is working as there is a older Asian lady who works here and she is downright rude. Every single time she has helped me she has some issue with me. I live 2 minuets from this store and unfortunately not very close to a post office. There is a nice Asian man who also works at this store and he is wonderful has always helped me. I don’t mind being charged money to mail some of my USPS items here and often buy envelopes, boxes, parcel envelopes, and mail all my USP packages from here. I have been a loyal customer and although sometimes I may have some USPS items, one would think in efforts for good customer service the store would accommodate this( I mean by not they are turning away money and business). The Asian guy who works here has always helped me
    Mail any USPS items for a small fee and is super friendly and helpful, however this older Asian lady has always been rude about it and today flat out told me that her store changed he policy and will not mail any USPS items anymore. I tried to explain to her that I have mailed USPS items at this store for years, that I don’t live close to a post office and that I just had my baby and it would really help me if I could quickly mail some items (willing to pay a small fee to do so) so that I could get back to my newborn at home with family. Needles to say I doubt they have a store policy about this and she simply did not want to have to help me. Bad customer service and this lady is always very rude and not very helpful. Seem always seems so put out to have to help anyone. My family and I will sadly no longer be utilizing this UPS Store and they will be losing some very loyal and longtime customers. Hopefully management talks to this lady and gets her customer service training!

    Excellent service Arriving on time, the movers efficiently and carefully completed the move. The rate is reasonable, and everything from pick up to drop off went without a hitch.

    The waiting time here is outrageous! I have been in line for 20 minutes and it has moved one person. I’m picking up so I have no choice but to wait. I have never had such a terrible experience with usps.

    Do all postal worker ram your garbage can with the truck???? She did it to mine again and with 2 shoulder replacements I have a tough time picking it up she has such a bad attitude and I went to talk to someone at the post office and the lady in charge was even more rude

    The team at Phil’s Moving was amazing today. Great group of guys.They were on time , efficient, thorough and courteous. We walked through the house to confirm all items that needed to be moved. Then they went to work! The move in to the new house was seamless as well and they ensured they placed the items where I needed and wanted them. Highly recommend the team at Phil’s.
