    I leased a truck with this company late last year and things went well until the market turn. When the load board was good I made lots of money, but when it dried up so did the money. The dispatch team starting at 8am just didn’t work with so few loads available. They needed to start at 6am eastern to be competitive. I’d consider returning under the right circumstances. Overall, good company

    This store rocks and the team there is fantastic!
    This store helped me with a huge project. The Alameda store #1972 and the team there: Dynasti, Pedro, and Insigani all were of so so much help. I cannot put into words how helpful they were and courteous they were from when I first walked in to when the package was taken out of their store. I brought in a large standing wheelchair. A big chair at that and also weighing about 80-85 pounds. The dimensional weight was so great, that this specific FedEx location would not be able to ship it out. However, they were able to help box it up. They said it would take a few days but that they can help. A few days later and with consistent correspondence the standing wheelchair was boxed. The tricky part was that box resulted in being too far large to even fit through the doors. They had me come back with a bigger truck to fit the package in. This crew went to measures of removing a piece of the door to get that box through. Fast forward, one night my father and I came after hours and retrieved the package and that team went above and beyond to help us with. The manager Dynasti really helped me organize the labels and the customs forms and where to go to even take this freight package to get it shipped out. We re measured the box one last time. She gave me all the info I could need. All forms that were associated with shipping this box out to Mexico. She went above and beyond and printed the freight destination location in Mexico for me as well.
    Thanks to Dyansti, Margo was able to get this box tagged and ready to go out that same night. Pedro suggested the Fed Ex Great Rates and the shipment cost went down about 82% as that helped out immensely.
    All in all, I cannot thank these folks at this Fed Ex that helped me enough. I wish I can thank them a thousand fold.
