Updated: Shout out to Michael who called to find and ensure the package was delivered. He was professional and committed to solving the issue. Having to leave scathing reviews on Google to get a response is not ideal but you can judge a business by how they handle a mistake and Michael did a stand up job.
To the owner below: your driver literally asked me to write down the address that he had accidentally delivered my package to when he called me on the day of incorrect delivery and it was an Eastern Parkway, BKN address (I’m downtown Manhattan). You need to take this up with your driver.
This review and others are highlighting a structural flaw in the business.
You need a customer service line that people can call, you need clear directions on your site to log an incident when a package has been lost or incorrectly delivered and you need a formal process for how a driver engages with customers when they make an error.
It’s not ok for your customer service rep to email ‘we have made a mistake, take it up with the company you made a purchase from’ – this issue is yours to fix.

This is the single most unprofessional delivery/courier service I have ever encountered. A driver dropped my FiDi, Manhattan package in Brooklyn and when I tried to contact the company – no number to call, no form or instruction to lodge a lost or incorrectly delivered package, just a note on the file to say it was delivered. Miraculously the driver then called me after I emailed customer service to simply confirm that they did not deliver to the correct address and then…. nothing. I asked if it could be collected and dropped off and he said he would check. Then he ignored all calls and txt messages. CDL customer service advised by email that I should contact the business that used their service to resolve this issue!!! Needless to say, I am lobbying that they cancel their corporate contract with them. This company has no concept of customer service. Zero stars.
An awesome experience working with Kinetic Movers! They were very professional and on time! The gentlemen that came to the house were kind and very accommodating. I would definitely use them again!
