    Ref Order 1414152493
    Tissue Boxes ordered but not delivered package tissues delivered instead. Need to deliver correct order and take away wrong delovery.

    Goods were fully paid when ordered.

    Please advise when the correct goods will be delivered?

    I have been living at my current address for roughly 9 months and have consistently had issues with delivery of packages. After multiple people contacted me asking whether I had ever received birthday presents they sent me as well as a missing amazon package I physically went to the post office and filled out a yellow card requesting that ALL packages that do not fit in the mailbox be held at the post office for pick up. Furthermore, I have began tracking all my packages and asked family and friends to track anything they send me as well. Yet, even that seems not to be working as I am still ending up with missing packages that the post office cannot seem to find and when I inquire I am kept on hold for copious amounts of time. This is unacceptable and I shouldn’t have to have personal mail sent to my job in order to ensure I receive my mail. I will be filing an official complaint.

    The office is suoer awesome. Worked with Megan on a missing stacked pallet and she was able to get everything resolved extremely quick and professional.

    Terrible service provided by the clerks and mail carriers. I had a male clerk hang up on me after he refused to check for my package or transfer me to the manager. I tried to call back repeatedly and there was no answer. The mail carriers and management are now refusing to deliver packages to my door (outdoors) even though covid restrictions have gone down and people are now getting vaccinated. During the height of covid packages were being delivered and now they are choosing to reduce already poor service, for no apparent reason.
