    Despite reading terrible reviews of this PO I had good experience when I left my purse in the shop. Grimaldi Shipping Lines RoRo traced me and rang me up. I asked what would happen if they couldn’t contact me, and she said that she would have brought it to me. This was some time ago, things may have changed.

    Service in depot makes Royal Mail look efficient! To be fair, once I got to speak to someone at Grimaldi Shipping Lines RoRo they were very pleasant, but a 15 minute wait to be served and I had to ring the bell several times – unacceptable.

    Worst delivery partner ever. This Grimaldi Shipping Lines RoRo team took over a month yet I don’t see any response from the tracking side. Giving them one star is also exaggerated. Come on what does your delivery team do on weekdays? I have a package from May 30th to be picked up and yet you guys ignored it. Seriously pathetic service. Please don’t pick them as your courier partners. Small businesses got in trouble because of your abysmal service.

    Only really go to Grimaldi Shipping Lines RoRo for Amazon returns. What used to be a nice feature where you just drop it off and they scan your QR code now I have to get on a computer in their office and print it off myself. May as well package it too at that point.

    Highly recommended! Grimaldi Shipping Lines RoRo is better than the reputed agencies! Has a supporting staff with a quick service. Will surely recommend people who are shifting from some city and need transportation help.
