    Borderline scam in my case with Green Express. Great business model to get free money for doing nothing except answering some phone calls and almost ruining my relocation plans.
    They are active to contact you and answer your questions to get a quick deposit and then pre-payment, then things go downhill. I took their advice to delay my pickup date so to align better with my travel date, and after following their instructions the courier never came to pick up my things. I had to contact them to see what went wrong, after which they made excuses and delayed things further.
    The delays and excuses kept going no matter what I tried, eventually I had to give up and book on another platform one day before my flight – luckily the other platform actually held up their end of the bargain.
    To make things worse, I asked for a refund since they didn’t actually deliver on any of the promised services, to which they said OK. Then they asked for a ridiculous amount of information over multiple emails to make a simple bank transfer (IBAN is sufficient, but sure I can give you every other account number or bank code you can think of…) before telling me to wait 2 weeks, months later and I haven’t received a refund and they are no longer responding.
    To make matters worse the excuses seemed questionable at best. Blaming Fedex systems etc… Sure I can give the benefit of the doubt but they still never managed to arrange a pickup after a week. Fedex system might be down but they still have phones and employees working around the clock – I could have walked into a Fedex and shipped everything myself if I knew this service would be so worthless.
