The entire move was a positive experience. The packing of all my breakables was perfect, with no breakage at all. The staff were willing and extremely nice. Everything went smoothly, it could not have been any better.
I was expecting delivery of a parcel. While awaiting delivery, I kept tabs on my parcel via the tracking number provided, via their website. All of a sudden, the tracking signalled that the package could not be delivered, and so it was being sent back to the sender. So then I tried calling them endlessly, with no avail. They just don’t pick up the phone! At all! I filled out the online query form a couple of times, then eventually, after a couple of days, I finally found out through them that they do not deliver to Parcel Lockers – only to PoP Stations (what’s the difference???). Maybe the seller of my goods should be blame to this dilemma?! My point is, in terms of communication, they are 100% useless and ineffcient. If they had just answered the phone I could have provided a residential address for delivery – not the inconvenience of having to organise a second attempt of the delivery of my goods. Not efficient enough for 2021, more akin to 1984.
The slightly elder Indian lady who works on the front desk has been extremely rude to me on a few occasions. Real attitude problem. 1* for customer service, would give 0 if I could.
Best moving experience, I ever had. Absolutely worth the money. What would have taken me a day and a half took Jose and his team 2.5 hours.
Pathetic,pathetic,pathetic….I really don’t know why they are in business. I needed my parcel before Christmas, am so dissappointed….

Slow as garbage. I pay for the amazon praimy it suppose arrived in two day. But the shipment came from vancouver takes three days. I check the shipment arrived in siney this morning 4am. So i stay home whole day wait for it, but the delivery didnt come. And its not for pick up. unbelievable!!!
