   ***Update, Xavier the owner immediately called and we discussed everything and even offered to rectify the issues. Good communication makes for great business.***
   I see many of the other reviews and I would say I wish I had their move or crew. It seems at the beginning of the move the team was dialed in but you can start to sense from the unmarked boxes with stuff thrown in and left in the garage they started to lose focus. I have a kitchen table with scratches in all four legs and the sides of the top. I have a hand crafted island made by my father that is scratched in the bottoms of the legs, I have a set of lamps snapped off at the base of the light fixture. I have a very expensive stand up desk with a motor on it and no power cord so not my standing desk may be a permanent sitting desk. Clean looking truck, crew was nice, respectful and the gentleman that called me was great however when I gave them a 2 star on the follow up due to broken items I received no follow up. The unpacking has taken forever because about mid way they stopped noting the places they found the box and mixing rooms in the boxes it was very frustrating to have to spend so much extra time trying to find pieces of items that were scattered in 2-3 boxes in multiple rooms. I would recommend going a different direction for movers.

   The manager of this location is extremely rude to its employees, just patiently waiting for my turn and the way she speaks to them is unacceptable, I cannot imagine how much of a horrible work environment it is for them.
