   I am currently waiting on a courier for a delivery that I originally received a call about at 4:30. They didn’t call to confirm the address of my business until 5:45. We close at 6, which I told them at 4:30 when they called. Around 6 they call to say that they will be a few minutes late. I understand so I agree to wait a few minutes. Around 6:15, I call their offices to inquire approximately when the driver will arrive. The girl who answered, Allison, was incredibly rude and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She eventually found the order and called to tell me the driver was two blocks away and there was a lot of traffic. I’m still here, and no one has arrived. Would never use their services.

   Awful. Ridiculous charges with no explanation. They will hold your freight hostage until you make the payment. Then need 48 hours to process your payment so if you are building up storage you have to wait. Their arrival notices are literally so awful.

   Extremely rude staff. The staff seems to hate their job and dealing with customers. The won’t even offer you a receipt for your shipping’s unless you ask for it. This place needs to re-evaluate the reason why they’re in business.

   The lady helping me today was very rude and very unwilling to do anything. She definitely doesn’t need to be working at this place.
   I have never had an issue at the store but I had to chance my 5 start rating because of how rude this lady was.
