   Very unprofessional courier. They have not delivered our courier for the past 5 days and not communicated with us.

   I moved from Las Vegas to Arlington, VA. I contracted with Safeway Moving due to their good ratings. My stuff was scheduled to be picked up in Vegas on November 14th, and Safeway said it would be delivered in 7-10 days. Safeway subbed out to a Vegas-based company called Triple Seven Movers.
   Triple Seven would only pledge to get it delivered within 21 working days – not 21 days, but working days, i.e. not including weekends and holidays.
   As I said, my stuff was picked up in Vegas on November 14th, and I flew to Virginia. After a week, I contacted Triple Seven to inquire about delivery, and they told me my stuff was still in Vegas – it hadn’t moved. Triple Seven claimed they were “trying to find a driver.”
   The day before delivery, the driver called me to claim I needed to spend an extra $700 for a “shuttle,” because he claimed my building (that he’s never seen) doesn’t allow a semi truck to unload without blocking a street. After several calls and discussions with my apartment building property manager (who was confused by his claim), that was finally refuted.
   My 57” TV was delivered without its stand. It’s now useless since I can’t punch holes in my apartment wall to mount it. It also has no remote with it. So the TV is no good anymore.
   All of my shoes & sneakers are lost. I had about ten pairs.
   It took me a while to learn that the shoes are missing since the movers told me they are not unpacking me, nor taking the boxes with them, despite that being my deal with Safeway. I spent hours breaking down boxes and hauling them to recycling, and moving furniture. They didn’t even put my couch in place.
   My coffee table was destroyed. It had a glass surface, which is now powder.
   All of my bed master bed linens are missing.
   My computer has a dongle for wifi connectivity. It’s destroyed.
   There are bolts that hold my bedframe together. Those are missing.
   I have several bookshelves. Each has dowels that support each shelf. All of the dowels are gone, except for one dowel.
   My bathroom rugs are missing.
