   Jake Removals are absolutely fantastic!! I found myself in a situation whereby I had to move home a few days before Christmas (2019).    Waited in all day. Late at night the web site showed it was delivered when I had not received it. They even sent a text message asking me to complete a survey. I EVENTUALLY found the web chat and all they could tell me at 8am was that it would be delivered before 7pm when their support lines close.
   I have had incredibly bad service from this company under its previous names. They are one of the worst, if not the worst big delivery companies.

   Priority overnight turned into 5 days. Tracking status said “delivery attempted” when Fed Ex never even showed up. The call-in help line kept on agreeing with me and then proceeded to give lip service and not resolve anything. Fraudulent business.

   They like to hold parcels for way too long and some were lost because of it.Alot of customers have complaint about this but i see there is no improvement at all.They also never pick up calls.Please be responsible and do something
