   CY283306763US this is my tracking number. It has been 1 week. It has not moved with the delivery attempt in Mexico. I paid for it to be delivered to me in Jalisco. Give me a phone to ask where my package is. I paid more for the delivery than for the merchandise.

   I was having a technical problem and the nicest lady helped me get my issue addressed ,no pun intended lol. She was more than helpful an didn’t make me feel as dumb as I know I seemed. She was busy but took time to help me, all while wearing a lovely USPS issue cardigan sweater. I promised her I would leave a good review for all her diligence.

   My POD was delivered yesterday with a defective latch so I can’t get the door open. After 7 calls to customer service in 24 hours promising I’d receive a call from the Knoxville office, I’ve received no calls and have an inoperable POD sitting in my driveway. Knoxville office needs to be much better and more timely at responding to customer issues.

   I have used several moving companies, but Pac N Box Movers were the best! The guys arrived early, started right at 8 am and had the truck loaded in 30 minutes. They were very careful with all of our items that came from a 3 bedroom home. Both men were polite and friendly even at 8 am on a Sunday morning. The price was right and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Being locally owned, they will have my business and referrals in the future! Call these guys today, you will not be disappointed.

    DeErick and Mark were fantastic, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. Although there was an hiccup with the freight elevator, they still were able to get the job done quickly with no complaints. NOTHING was broken, they shrink wrapped everything and were very very careful. They were delight to be around, they were so good that I made sure to tip them generously. I highly recommend them 10 out of 10
