   PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are nothing but a SCAM!
   Our move from MI to NY was awful with these people. It all started out okay, and we got a quote which included the transportation of one of our vehicles. Well, about a month before our move, we decided we were just going to drive both cars here. So we contact them, and send pictures of everything packed, along with exactly how many boxes, and plastic totes there were, as well as all of our furniture. All of a sudden, the quote then nearly doubles, even without the car being transported now.
   We still moved forward with them, because nearly everywhere else quoted us at around the same price. Fast forward to the day before we are supposed to move, and they call us, around 6PM on Thursday to say they will be a day late, and tell us they won’t be able to make it until Saturday between 7-9am. Fine. Then, they FINALLY show up around 11am. The gentlemen they sent were nice enough, yet barely spoke any English at all. It took over 4 and a half hours to load our stuff, get partway through, and say that we will have to pay an extra $3000 on top of what we were already paying because they had another person’s stuff to pick up as well. (We already paid a hefty deposit as well, so it was a bit late to back out) We paid for the entirely of the truck, which was required for the amount of things we had. We didn’t have that extra money at the time. We were forced to leave behind a bunch of our things. Then they charged us an additional $250 for packing supplies, blankets to wrap our wooden furniture in, unnecessary packing tape,etc.
   We make it out to New York around 7AM Sunday, and the moving company calls us on Sunday afternoon to tell us that they will be delivering our stuff Monday morning. Which immediately I begin to question why they remainder of our belongings couldn’t be taken, when it was very clear that they were driving straight here. Monday morning, they arrive at our home, giving us a call about 40 minutes beforehand. Upon arrival, it’s a different driver, and additional people to help unpack it. As they are backing into our driveway, they hit my car. They had plenty of space, and had one of their own people outside directing them, he was hit as well.
   They then decide to try and convince us to not report this to our insurance company, and say their boss will pay cash for the damages done to my car. They REFUSE to give me their insurance info, and lied about who was driving thr vehicle. They refused to provide us with a copy of their drivers license, and would only tell us their name. Per my insurance companies direction, I took down their license plate number for the insurance company, and took pictures of each individual who was there to bring in our belongings.
   We have called their office for 3 days now, and have yet to receive a phone call back. Upon beginning to unpack and look through things, we have found multiple broken objects, as well as some of our plastic totes being completely smashed. Our handmade bed frame, and night stands were scratched, our wooden bookshelves has the shelves removed, which they then taped together, and their tape ripped the finish off of our shelves. We are also missing multiple items so far. The list continues to grow.
   I would never recommend this moving company to ANYONE. They are nothing but a scam. They may seem nice at first, but they will screw you over without a second thought, and never speak to you again. They will have a lawsuit coming from me.

   Absolutely would recommend these folks anytime! The guys who helped us were punctual, moved quick while still respecting our belongings, and got the job done while making it look easy! They were so professional, polite, and efficient! Will call on them when needed in the future!

   Extremely professional and friendly. Arrived on time, didn’t mess about and loaded and unloaded quickly with no damage. Highly recommend to anyone contemplating moving.

   Just purchased a chocolate fudge brownie and a Reeces peanut cup brownie they were both totally delicious and great big portions will definitely buy again

   think twice about using them again on any future moves.

   I don’t usually travel but when I eventually travelled, Guo made it fast, less stressful and safe… It was a really satisfying ride… Got home by 3 from the east to lagos… Awesome speed
