If it was up to me or there was an option of no star that what this place would get. The manager was not helpful to assist me. All in a rush with the leave when it was 10mins before closing for something that could take 5mins. I see why places don’t increase their workers pay. Than lie saying his employee closed down all the registers. Your the manager so you have access to the register. Will not recommend anyone to go to this location. Very bad customer service.
Fairly straight forward move. A bedroom set that included 2 dressers, bed frame, mattress and a mirror. I also had a chair and a weight bench. It took 2 men over 2 hours just to move these items out of my old apartment and they didn’t move with a purpose. While bringing the furniture into my new apartment they nicked several areas in the hallway walls. It was painful to watch the carelessness of the movers. I called and complained, which they did send a person out a few days later to patch the walls(it was the same man who moved my furniture). I asked if they would purchase the paint to repaint the patch marks, which he replied call my boss. It’s been several weeks since the subpar patch work and no call from the company. DECENT PRICE, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I will not use this company again.
I went to the post office because they have been put no mail in my building for a week them lady toll me that it went out the day before she flat out lied to me so I asked her to talk to a supervisor supervisor told me oh no we made a mistake we’re going to do it today so I ask around what time
that day by 8 o’clock she got an attitude and then the other lady lied to me so he went out Tuesday like what’s going on with these people you know they got to get it together horrible. Real girl some believable.
