    As Per tracking, Package has been struck in Otis Bulacan warehouse since Feb.10. It’s already a month. Also I sent a message last month but no response.

    Hey, I have seen your inquiries at Global Cargo Movers website. Did you receive your boxes? I haven’t seen my box since it was picked up from my house on 8/26/21. It came to my attention that a lot are errant cargo companies, will pick up the boxes and either leave it in their warehouse here or ship and abandon it in the Philippines.

    1st attempt of delivery: returned to warehouse (Global Cargo Movers courier didn’t bother to contact me).
    Reached out through their website. Within an hour, 24-hour notification came in.
    Package was delivered on 2nd attempt. This time, the new courier made contact.
    Still more room for improvement from GLOBAL CARGO MOVERS.

    Horrendous… No delivery from GLOBAL CARGO MOVERS, having to travel 2+ hours the day before I leave the country. My building has a dedicated reception and caretaker – absolutely no effort to even try and deliver the package…

    I went to Global Cargo Movers to deposit money in my business account. The Indian man put the first payment through as withdrawal even though he took the cash from me and gave me change, plus was told it’s a deposit, and proceeded to make the rest of the deposit as normal. Now they left me with over £200 pound short out of my account. I am so upset at this experience with Global Cargo Movers right now!

    Giving Global Cargo Movers 1 star is even too much. They can’t even try to get in touch with their own drivers. Pointless dealing with them and their drivers. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    My gosh. My husband and I were so concerned about our move. Our team of Global Cargo Movers included two gentlemen, and we worried that they wouldn’t be able to get everything moved within our time limit. Not only were they able to move absolutely everything, but the guys were incredibly sweet, professional, considerate, and wonderful. Nothing was damaged, nothing was dirtied, nothing was too big or too small. I will never use another moving company again. I was 100% impressed, and even more grateful for GLOBAL CARGO MOVERS!!!
