I had these guys move me over the summer. The reason why I am only giving them 2 stars is for the following reasons. I would give them only 1 but I am holding myself accountable for a little of it, so 2 will suffice.
They put very heavy, large furniture in the wrong room. This happened to 2 pieces of furniture. Mind you, it was not like a small end table, we are talking about large two piece armoire and large desk. The day had drug on for so long, it is a two story house and everyone else in my family had to work. So, I was the only one that was able to oversee the move. I should have noticed this but I did not. Either way, I told them several times where each piece of furniture was going, they were well aware of their locations…but they put them in the wrong rooms.
    Second reason I deducted stars…
They broke/damaged several pieces of furniture. I had a cabinet that they moved…when they picked it up, the door swung open very hard and slammed on its hinges. They were not expecting the door to open like that. They freaked, put the cabinet down and tapped it. I asked them if it was fine…they said yea, we did not realize the door swung open like that. We are tapping it, it will be fine. I should have checked that piece of furniture but I did not…after they moved it and a few days later when I went to inspect it myself, the hinges were broken. The door will not shut and it is VERY off balance. This cabinet was not cheap!! It is part of a desk set that we have…so, we had to resort to keep it shut with a piece of painters tape. Thank goodness my husband is a bit of a handy man, he has since been able to repair the damage enough to allow for the door to close. However, it still is not completely right.
    Third issue…
A lot of the furniture was heavily scratched. I am not talking small scratches that you cannot see unless you are up close. I am talking large scratches that have changed the color of the wood. You can see them from a distance. Unfortunately, they wrap everything in their heavy duty plastic moving wrap. It was not until a few days later after removing this wrap that you see the large, deep scratches. This happened to at least 3 pieces of furniture. One of the pieces they scratched it up against something so hard that it is one very large scratch with several small scratches around the big one. It is BAD and embarrassing! That piece of furniture was well over $2000….so it is not something you want to throw away! Needless to say, it is an eye sore until we replace it.
The last issue…and this one is kind of gross…
I understand it was the summer, it was hot. I understand they are moving the furniture and doing extracurricular activities that would cause them to sweat profusely. However, they did not try to protect the furniture of their bodily fluids. Almost every single piece of furniture that we own that had any type of fabric (couch, love seat, chair, etc.) smelled of extremely BAD body odor for a good week to week and a half. We tried cleaning it, febreeze, airing out the house, everything…the smell would not go. It was disgusting to sit down on our couch and smell this cloud of bad BO the entire time. Thankfully, after about two week the smell dissipated, and IF this was the only issue we had with these movers, we might have let it slide and still would have given them a good score…but unfortunately, it was just the tip of the iceberg.
Suffice it to say, we will NOT be using them when we move in a couple of years. The price was semi-reasonable, they were fast at what they did (hence the 2 stars) but we ended up with so much damage and having to spend countless hours moving furniture that we hired them to move that it is best to go with someone else.
We hope we were a one time issue and the other comments give a more accurate description of their work. Maybe we got some rookies or maybe it was just bad luck…however, we felt this review should be told.

Our apartment complex uses Fetch for delivery. For the past 4 months- Fetch has always delivered my packages on the day of arrival, and nothing has been lost. Whenever there was a delay- I’ve reached out via email and text and was responded within hours.
