HORRIBLLE! I have been waiting on my kitchen cabinets to be delivered by GFS International for weeks. They schedule a delivery and then they cancel at the last minute. The first time I was told my delivery didn’t show up because they were having mechanical issues with their truck. The last two times in a row they scheduled a delivery and didn’t show up… and didn’t even bother to call me to say my order was not going to be delivered. They have scheduled and cancelled on me 4 times in a row! We work, so we take the time off to go to wait for the delivery in person. Andrew who answers the phone is completely uninterested, unfriendly and unhelpful. And whoever Karen is…. she is always on the other line talking to another customer and NEVER returns a phone call. Right now, because it’s extremely hard to get any answers from this company, I have no idea where my kitchen cabinets are. They could be lost, damaged, stolen, on fire… I have no idea when, if at all, they will be delivered. They cannot currently locate them in their warehouse and they could absolutely care less! Dismal customer service, poor communication and completely unsympathetic. Will never recommend, ever!!!
GFS International did a great job moving us to our new home. Chris and Mike were helpful and worked hard all day. The company responded quickly with answers to my questions and worked with our schedule. We had a great experience. Thank you.
I had Kareem from GFS International and he is awful. Wanted to charge a repackaging fee for a box that was perfectly fine. The other person I got the other day for the same package did not charge this. His tone and the way he spoke to me was very condescending and rude. I also witnessed him do the same thing to another lady who wanted to watch him repackage it and wanted to watch him do it, but he was being rude to her and refused.
It’s a GFS International office, what can I say. Although the people here are quick to help with whatever you need. A lot of people need help. It is convenient and you can accomplish any business you would need to at a post office at this location.
Absolutely do not use GFS International. They are a total scam. They will only broker your move out to other companies and then take zero responsibility for making it right. They do not answer their phones if they don’t want to talk to you and will hold your possessions hostage until you pay their ransom. Do not engage in business with them.
