    Worst staff.. nobody answers anything about your parcel.. they don’t even know exactly at which branch on what time your parcel would be even after when your parcel is already there at your city aiport one day before..

    Useless staffs is working here. They return your parcel without contacting and calling you. Even when you track the parcel online self and tried to call them they don’t pick phone. Very irritating.

    The staff politeness and the way they behave to a customer was just awesome. For a KG they cost you ₹80, which is okay when compared to other parcel service. I didn’t had enough money to pay to the parcel, they were patiently waiting for half an hour till I was getting money from an ATM.

    They simply put status – consignee not in the address. Where as I receive number of other couriers from banks and Amazon regularly. I am not sure what is the problem with this branch courier boys. I am very much disappointed with the behavior
