I want to check the shipment from Germany sent by chris. How far is the delivery?
I sent a shipment from Finland. Tracking number 00264300487100133556 and It stopped in Germany Hamburg Radfeld two months ago to distribute packages.
I sent a package to Algeria on the 3.12.2022 With the German DHL company, and today it did not arrive at the house. When I enter the tracking number, it says at customs.
Question: When will the parcel arrive? As of today, it has been 31 days.

He has a cheerful disposition and has been very helpful when another Germany Post driver misplaced our bag, it was found very soon after he asked about it, and as so we have had great service from him at all times. He always has time for as quick hello or a wave & a smile if we are busy with customers as he dashes in and out to get our packages delivery quickly.

This was a quick and pleasant experience with Germany Post – unlike my visits to every other courier office in the area – but I suspect that this was because it was before 10am, there were very few customers, and the few visible staff were therefore able to cope.
A confusing system of queue channels separates the self service from the counter services.
I spoke with a nice elderly woman behind the counter who dealt with me kindly and efficiently.
Make sure you go at a non-peak time, and it isn’t bad at all.
GERMANY POST deserves zero star. Train your staff. I know more about their work than they do! Takes whole month to get a parcel. No feedback or update. Finally upon receiving it, there was nothing in it. And they won’t take responsibility. Shame!!! Stay away from shop&ship.
