   Worst Australia Post by a long shot! Poor customer service, losing customers parcels, and every time I visit to lodge any forms the system just happens to be down.

   their tracking system is extremely vague and unhelpful, my parcel was shipped by the company i purchased from the day after i bought it (monday 10th) and it only arrived today. their tracking system said it left sydney today so it was just sitting in sydney for a week?? i only live an hour and a half away so i dont understand why it took a week. it finally arrived today and it was just jammed in my letterbox slot carelessly (it was expensive perfume so couldve easily broken or been damaged if it fell out or was jammed to hard) i even wrote an email to them last week to tell them to leave it at my front door. dont understand why that was so difficult. i hope the company i purchased from doesnt use couriers please in the future. yall need to get your sh*t together, your average is 1.4 stars…

   Delay service and inside operates talks to very bad bowenpally and Secunderabad inside employees are very very bad service and very hardly talking to customer

   Please do not ship with this courier company. They will not receive your call. And if they do, they will have no idea where your shipment is 🙂
