Tried mailing a package on my lunch break. 5 people in line before me at the counter. TWO employees on the floor, helping all areas. One customer taken care of in 20 mins. All the while a congregation was growing at the front counter of people needing help with printers and purchases etc. People walking out frustrated after having to wait so long for something simple. I was one too. Walked out without getting my package mailed. Will not be going back, big waste of time. The post office is faster, it’s ridiculous!

We are constantly getting other people’s mail & put it back in our box with the flag up. This has gone on for years! Today I was expecting a package, got a text alert that it was delivered but NO package in my box. I fully believe it got delivered to someone else. I’ve tried calling the P.O. but only get a busy signal FOR HOURS . I just hope whoever got my package on this route will do what I’ve been doing for so long & get it to me. This poor service has gone on for way too long.
